By accessing or using eforio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
eforio provides website widgets including cookie banners, forms, AI chatbots, live chat, and QR-powered form pages. Services are provided via an embeddable script and a management platform.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious content, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to interfere with the operation of our services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
eforio and its content, features, and functionality are owned by eforio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to our platform.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free features (cookie banners, forms) remain free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eforio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
